Urumqi cultural center is located on the central axis formed by the Convention and Exhibition Center and the cultural square. The six venues of the cultural center are like six petals of a snow lotus. Surrounding the cultural tower of the flower center, the whole building looks like a blooming snow lotus. This blooming snow lotus symbolizes the flower of unity, harmony and prosperity. The six petals symbolize the cultural characteristics of multi-ethnic groups and reflect the integration of multi-ethnic groups. After completion, they will become a landmark building showing the charm of Urumqi.
